At the Hampton Inn Long Island/Brookhaven we are pleased to offer the following for those of you planning a social event and are in need guest rooms for your out of town guests:
- We will block ten (10) rooms for your guests and hold those rooms until 30 days prior to the arrival of your group. To help you manage this block, you can use our free Guest List Manager and Personal Webpage to communicate to your guests, list directions, monitor reservations and much more!
- As your block fills up, we will increase your room block in increments of five (5) rooms based upon availability of group rates and hotel occupancy.
- If you don't have a group of 10 rooms or more, we have a Wedding Rate available for your out of town guests - all they need to do is show their wedding invitation at check in. For more information and prices call 1-800-Hampton.
- Although we do not provide shuttle service to and from the ceremony and reception, we do have several reputable vendors that we can recommend to you for your convenience.
- Classic Transportation 631-567-5100, Colonial Transportation - 631-589-3500, David Brothers - 631-665-4384 and Elite Transportation - 631-732-6400.
- If you have gift bags for your guests, we will distribute them for you at no charge.
- We have meeting space available for "in between" parties, after parties, rehearsal dinners and showers. The best part is you can save money by bringing in your own food and beverage either from home or from a caterer - what a great way to save money and still have an awesome event!
- All overnight guests of the Hampton Inn Long Island/Brookhaven hotel wil enjoy a full hot breakfast buffet served daily, and will get a good night's sleep in our beautifully appointed guest rooms featuring our famous Cloud Nine beds!
